Power House Trailers does NOT sell your personal information for
monetary consideration.
However, when we use third-party advertising tools like Google Ads or
Meta Pixel, your browsing data may be considered “shared” under
California law because it allows advertisers to show you targeted ads
based on your activity across multiple sites.

4. Verification
To prevent fraudulent opt-out requests, we may verify your identity by:
– Matching the email address against our records
– Requesting confirmation of recent activity (e.g., recent order number)
5. Authorized Agent
You may designate an authorized agent to submit this request on your
behalf. The agent must provide:
– Signed written authorization from you
– Their own identification
6. Right to Non-Discrimination

quality as customers who have not opted out.
